Training Programs Committee
Purpose
To develop and maintain team based training curriculum and platform options for basic responder training, advanced responder training, just-in-time training, train-the-trainer and veterinary medical training programs to enable volunteers to safely and efficiently respond. To manage an instructor base for training, internal and external. To develop additional training options through external partners and opportunities.
2019 Priorities
- Review current standard and curriculum, recommend and make necessary changes.
- Develop plans for lead training beyond the awareness level and develop just-in-time training.
- Develop plans for a full size exercise.
