MEMBER-AT-LARGE

Todd came to KSART through his interest in emergency communications and disaster response. He is an active volunteer with Overland Park CERT, SATERN, RACES, and Johnson County ERC. He also volunteers with animal transport for Best Friends Animal Society. He has over thirty years of software development and technology management, marketing, and pre-sales engineering and is currently a senior software engineer for a Kansas City startup.
